Metroid - Samus Aran Cartoonby ~KimiSz

Fan Art / Digital Art / Painting & Airbrushing / Games

Another themed cartoon I made this week! For those not familiar with her, she is Samus Aran, the female protagonist of the "Metroid" franchise for Nintendo systems.

My childhood was marked mostly by Super NES games, and one of the first that I got my hands on was Super Metroid, one of the best games ever made IMHO. So I decided to pay a little homage to Samus in a cartoony style within a very basic scene lol.

Fanart painted in Photoshop CS4 with a Wacom Cintiq 12WX Tablet.

Metroid and Samus Aran belongs to Nintendo.
